No refunds will be made after a deposit. If there is an issue with your order, we offer support to resolve it, but no refund is possible after payment. All completed orders are final and non-refundable. Once a service has been marked as "Completed" or "Delivered," no refund or reversal will be provided. If your order fails to start or is only partially delivered due to system or service issues, the remaining amount will be automatically refunded to your DADDY SMM account balance.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been completed, Orders can only be canceled if they are in "Pending" status and have not yet started processing. Once an order is in progress, cancellation is not possible.
If you believe a refund is justified, please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing the order. Provide the Order ID and a clear reason for the refund request. Our team will review and respond within 24–72 hours.
Refunds, if approved, will be returned only to your DADDY SMM balance. We do not issue cash refunds to bank accounts, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or any external payment methods.

Customers can track the status of their orders through their account dashboard. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that correct and complete information (such as profile links or usernames) is provided at the time of order. Any delays or failures due to incorrect input or private profiles are not the responsibility of DADDY SMM. As a digital service provider, we do not offer physical shipping or postal deliveries.

Dormant Account & Balance Removal Policy
For SMM Panel - Pakistan1.
Purpose
This policy manages inactive or dormant accounts to keep the system clean and avoid wasted server resources.
2. Definition: Dormant / Inactive Account
A Dormant Account is an account with: No login for 180 consecutive days, AND No orders placed for 180 consecutive days, AND A non-zero balance.
3. Inactivity Notification Process
Before balance removal, the following steps will be taken: 90 Days Inactive: Email reminder sent to log in. 150 Days Inactive: Final warning email sent stating balance will be forfeited in 30 days. 180 Days Complete: Account marked as Dormant.
4. Balance Removal / Forfeiture Policy
After 180 Days: If no response, the full account balance will be deducted as an Inactivity Maintenance Fee. Balance = Rs. 0: Account will be auto-deactivated after balance reaches zero. No Refund: Forfeited balance is non-refundable.
5. Account Reactivation
If a user returns after 180 days: They can request reactivation via support ticket. Balance will not be restored, but the account will be reactivated. A fresh deposit is required.
6. Exceptions
Balance will not be removed if: Account balance is Rs. 0. User notified support of long-term inactivity in advance. Account is involved in an ongoing dispute or refill request.
7. Legal Disclaimer
Pakistani & All the Users are Agreement to this policy is required at sign-up. No refunds will be made to any payment method. The admin reserves the right to change this policy.
